How Our Pre-Orders Work

Our pre-orders give you access to special collections and exclusive items before they arrive! Because these items are made available for a limited time, we offer a dedicated shopping window to reserve your favorites.

🛍️ Pre-Order Shopping Window:
Pre-orders open every Friday at 12:00 PM (Noon) CST and remain available until the following Saturday at 12:00 PM (Noon) CST.

📅 Estimated Arrival:
Each pre-order listing includes an estimated arrival week in the product description so you know when to expect your item.

📦 Shipping to Your Door:
Once your pre-order items arrive and are received by us, they will be carefully sorted and shipped within 3 business days.

⚠️ Important Pre-Order Policy:
Pre-order items must be ordered separately from in-stock items. Combining pre-order and in-stock items in the same order may result in your order being canceled. This helps ensure your items are processed and delivered as quickly as possible.
