At Junny-Bug Kids, we want every little bug to bloom in their new outfits! We understand that sometimes a sprout needs a different size or a different "pot" to grow in. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we are here to help you replant it.
The Replanting Process

Timeframe: Items can be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for a replant, items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.

Final Sale (Non-Returnable): To keep our garden healthy, the following items cannot be replanted:

Clearance & Sale items.

Swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

Limited edition Pete + Lucy pre-orders.

Handled with Care by Us π
Because we partner directly with premium, curated brands to bring you the freshest boutique styles, some of your items may ship directly from their fulfillment centers to your doorstep.
Please remember that all returns, exchanges, and store credits are handled exclusively by us at Junny-Bug Kids. Even if your item arrived in a designer's package, please do not contact the brand on the tagβour team is right here to personally take care of you!
Getting Started
Simply send an email to replant@junnybugkids.com with your order number and the reason for the move. Once you reach out, our gardeners will guide you through the process and provide the correct return shipping address for our main patch.
Bug-Bucks & Returns π

Store Credit: All accepted returns will be issued as a digital store credit sent straight to your email so you can find the perfect replacement piece.

Rewards: If you used Bug-Bucks on your purchase, those points will be returned to your reward jar once the replant is processed.

Processing Time: Please allow our gardeners 3β5 business days to process your return once it arrives back at our shed.
Our gardeners check the inbox twice daily, Monday through Friday. We appreciate your patience while we help your order find its new home!
