At Junny-Bug Kids, we want to get your whimsical finds to your doorstep as quickly as possible so your little bugs can start blooming!

Processing & Sprouting Times

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 3-4 business days for us to hand-package your order with care.

  • Holiday Harvests: During peak holiday seasons or major launch events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience while we get every order just right.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

    • Shipping Fees- Orders up to $50 ship for $8, Orders from $50.01-$70.00 Ship for $10, Orders from $70.01-$99.99 Ship for $12, All orders over $100 ship for free 

    • Free Shipping: Spend $100 or more in our garden, and your shipping is on us! Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout once your cart reaches the $100 threshold (after any Bug Bucks or discounts are applied).

    • Eco-Friendly Bamboo Delivery: To bring you the very best in premium bamboo clothing and blankets, these specialty pieces ship directly from our trusted bamboo partners. Because bamboo items are shipped separately from our standard collections, their shipping rates are calculated individually at checkout to ensure the most accurate rate possible.


    • Multi-Brand Shipping & Packaging 📦🌷

      Because we work closely with carefully curated boutique collections, some items may ship directly from our trusted fulfillment partners to get your little one’s goodies to you as quickly as possible. This means your order may occasionally arrive in multiple packages.

      Shipping Rates

      Even if your little “blooms” arrive in separate packages, you’ll only be charged one standard shipping fee at checkout for eligible items. Please note that our premium bamboo collections ship directly from our bamboo supplier and have separate shipping rates calculated at checkout.

      Tracking Your Order

      Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your happy mail all the way to your doorstep.

    • Note on returns and replants 

      Need a different size or assistance with your order? We’re always happy to help! While some items ship directly from our fulfillment partners. All customer care, returns, and store credits are handled directly through Junny-Bug Kids.

Replants & Returns

  • Return Shipping: If you need to "replant" an item (return for store credit), please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

The Fine Print (Garden Safety)

  • Lost or Stolen Mail: Once your package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, Junny-Bug Kids is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. We highly recommend shipping to a secure location or keeping a close eye on your tracking alerts.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your "garden plot" (shipping address) at checkout! We cannot be responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
